LDPE playground slides are prone to UV degradation, which causes discoloration and deterioration of physical properties. To overcome this, Suiko added Tinuvin® to the polymer resin in the slide to provide UV stabilization and to ensure that the color of the playground slide will remain bright and colorful for years to come.

Economical Waterborne Epoxy D.I.Y. Water Diluted ready to use Emulsifier for EPOXY System. Mix Epoxy Resin with Polyether amine or Cycloaliphatic Amine Cross linkers in the ratio suggested. Add equal quantity by weight (RESIN + CROSS LINKER) of Emulsifier. Stir slowly for 5 to 10 minutes till mix is uniform. It is compatible with Cement (add cement to brushable consistency as Primer and waterproofing, add cement till paste consistency for crack filling and add quartz powder + cement in the ratio 1:1 to paste consistency for repair of concrete). Cementitious Waterborne Epoxy can be used as Primer for Mild Steel, Superior Waterproofing of concrete surfaces, Crack filling, Repair of concrete etc. As a Primer on Mild steel with 2 coats of UV resistant finish can protect Mild steel against corrosion for longer time.

Emulsifier can be modified to obtain Hydrophobic Cementitious Waterborne Epoxy composite.
